How many hours should it take? How many hours should it take?

Hours are listed in labor-hours, meaning that a four-hour appointment could either be one pro working for four hours or two pros working for two hours. The price estimate shown above is based on the number of total cleaning hours. We give a recommendation based on your inputs but you should choose the number of hours you believe best suits your needs. You always in control. How will the house cleaner know my priorities? If it's your first time booking an appointment with the house cleaner, be sure to review the scope of work outlined on this page before your appointment so you know what's included in a typical cleaning. Plan to be available to review your cleaning preferences and priorities when your pro arrives. This will help ensure your pro spends their time cleaning the parts of your home that matter most to you. Any special requests should be discussed before the service appointment begins, as some requests are not included in a standard cleaning and may result in an updated service price

Arrival Time/Hours Arrival Time/Hours

Our hours of operation are from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our associates arrive at our first house between 8:15 and 8:45, and the last house by 3:30 p.m. Unless you are our first cleaning of the day, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time. However, we can provide you with a 2 hour window of our estimated arrival time if you call our office the day before your cleaning. Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling our arrival between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. We will strive to meet your requested arrival time but we cannot guarantee it. If you want to wait for us to arrive, be home during the estimated window of time to let the cleaner(s) into your home. If no one is home or we are turned away for any reason a cancellation fee will be charged (see Cancellation Policy.)

Do I have to be home when the team comes? Do I have to be home when the team comes?

It is recommended (although not necessary) for you to be home for the initial cleaning. It would be a good time to show the housekeepers your priority list and to review any “hot-spots” that require specific attention in order to maximize their time and to minimize your costs. Many of our customers are not home where the team arrives. Depending on your situation you can contact our office for alternative arrangements such as having the concierge at your building release a key to them each time, access code, leave a key in a secure location, etc. If you choose not to provide a key and the cleaners are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a $30 lock-out charge.

Cancelation Fee Cancelation Fee

We require cancellations to be communicated to us 48hrs (2 full working days) in advance to avoid charges. We have held your spot and turned down business so as not to interrupt your service. Cancelations communicated less than 48hrs (2 full working days) prior to appointment but more than 24 hours (1 full working day) will be charged $35 per scheduled cleaner. Cancelations communicated less than 24 hours (1 full working day) will be charged the full price for your scheduled cleaning.

Customers can hire the cleaner directly for a fixed referral fee. Please call the us for additional details.


Your pets are members of your family and we respect that. However, if your pet is afraid of vacuums, territorial or overly friendly and will not allow us to do our work, we may suggest that they be placed in areas that we are not working in. Our cleaners are not trained to clean pet excrement, this includes cleaning of litter boxes and dog kennels.

The safety of our associates is extremely important. To decrease the risk of injury to associates we are unable to move heavy objects, flip mattresses, etc. We are unable to clean up vomit, blood, urine or excrement. If an employee feels that their personal safety is in danger, and the employee must leave the job site, the client is still responsible for the full cost of the job.

What is a pre-authorization charge? What is a pre-authorization charge?

Once you request your house cleaning, a pre-authorization charge is in place to ensure the credit card on file is valid. Please note that this charge will not go through until your house cleaning has been completed.

Broomr Cleaning Services does not use contracts with our clients knowing that we must earn their continued patronage for each housekeeping referral. We depend on open communication with our clients and rely on their sincere evaluation of their experience and satisfaction with each cleaning, To ensure that you will be 100% happy with the results. Please inform us within 24 hours of your appointment if you are not completely satisfied with the associates performance. We will discuss your concerns with the housekeepers so they can quickly return to your home to take care of anything that may have been overlooked. Please let us know of ways we can serve you better. Is my house cleaner wash dishes and laudry? Is my house cleaner wash dishes and laudry?

Your housekeeper will clean up any dishes left over from breakfast and wash them or load the dishwasher for you.Otherwise manual dish washing or one load of laudry there will ne an additional $35 charge

We always recommend that you be at the property when we (the cleaners) arrive. It’s best to spend a few minutes talking to us about your priorities, as well as check the work before they leave. Providing feedback to us towards the end of the service is a great way to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work. Thank you

What if I need the cleaners to stay longer? What if I need the cleaners to stay longer?

Because every home is different and every client’s requirements are unique, the actual time and effort required to service a property varies. You may request the house cleaners workers to stay longer (provided you are agreeable to the extra charges and the house cleaners will be available to stay). House Cleaners reserve the right to renegotiate rates with clients.

What about Insects? What about Insects?

Insect infestation can be a problem and may prevent us from cleaning your home. If an infestation of ants, termites, roaches, fleas, bed bugs, etc. is encountered, we will not clean until the problem has been rectified. Please do not expect us to clean up dead insects that you’ve sprayed (i.e. ants, etc.). We will leave you a note or call you regarding the problem.

By using our services, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Broomr Cleaning Services LLC for any home-related service. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff, please be advised that our referral fee is $3,500.
